I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Oak Leaf Trauma and Wellness Center. I have been in the mental health field for almost 20 years, and am a perinatal mental health specialist. I have experience working with pregnant and postpartum moms, individuals with depression, anxiety and mood disorders, family discord, grief/loss, teens with social-emotional challenges, quarter-life crises and a variety of life stressors and adjustments. I am also an LGBTQ+ affirming therapist and ally. I'm passionate about working with individuals in the LGBTQ+ community, and have acquired a great deal of professional knowledge in this area.

I collaboratively work with my clients on creating goals, cultivating their authentic selves, improving emotion regulation, building healthier relationships and regaining a sense of control over their lives. I enjoy infusing humor, creative expression and relaxation techniques into sessions, so that clients can tap into wholehearted versions of themselves.

I felt inspired to seek specialized training in perinatal mental health, integrating my experiences as both a mother and a therapist. Change can feel daunting, yet we also build resiliency every time we overcome an obstacle using a healthy coping skill. I will provide a safe space for healing, so that you can find your inner peace, self-love and strength.
