I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), a powerful and evidence-based method for processing trauma, reducing distress, and promoting healing. I also specialize in working with first responders, offering a safe and understanding space for those who face extraordinary levels of stress in their daily work.
