I work with a wide range of clients, particularly passionate about collaborating with neurodivergent folx, women's health concerns, and individuals looking to fully embrace their unique self. I use a holistic care model in which we will collaborate to establish your unique goal areas. Goal areas I most frequently work towards with previous clients include autonomy/independence, self-advocacy, self-esteem, self-love, deeper understanding of self, speech/communication, expression.

I use music therapy practices combined with neuro-affirming play therapy practices to offer the most individualized therapeutic experience tailored to each client. In addition to individual music therapy sessions, I offer adaptive music lessons, neurodiversity life coaching/consultancy, and neurodivergent women's health and wellness consultancy.

I am here to work alongside you and offer you the resources, skills, and education I have to allow you to grow to your fullest potential. I believe that we are equals through this therapeutic process, each brining our own personalities together towards healing and your best future.

Join our group to be surrounded by other like-minded individuals with shared lived experiences, build community and support, and learn about resources.
