Healing begins when we rediscover balance between mind, body, and spirit. I am a clinical mental health counselor and certified Pilates instructor. I am passionate about supporting individuals on their journey towards holistic well-being and personal growth. I provide compassionate and evidence-based therapy to help clients navigate through life's challenges. The experience I have developed since my time working with clients has been depression, anxiety, OCD, trauma, post-traumatic stress disorder, personality disorders, neurodivergence, play therapy, career, couples counseling, family issues, men's issues, self-esteem, and abuse.
My approach to counseling is integrative, recognizing the unique needs and strengths of each individual. Techniques that I utilize include CBT, DBT, ACT, psychodynamic, somatic, and mindfulness based. I create a safe and non-judgmental space where clients feel empowered to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
I believe in empowering clients to tap into their inner resources and strengths, guiding them to discover the tools they need to navigate life's challenges with confidence and resilience. I am deeply invested in the growth and healing of my clients in their journey towards a more fulfilling and balanced life.
