Offering early morning sessions. - My ideal client is anyone curious to learn more about themselves and understand their challenges for a better future. I am interested in working with all clients and welcome differences in sexual, gender, racial, or cultural identities. I'm committed to supporting those who are facing depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, boundary issues, and complicated relationships. I encourage my clients to adopt a growth mindset and meet them where they are to help them achieve their personal goals. I offer a safe space for my clients to express their authentic selves and explore what that means for them.
I often use CBT and EMDR; my approach is integrative, incorporating evidence-based modalities such as Trauma-Focused CBT, DBT, Parts and Memory I, Gottman, and Solution-Focused Therapy. With any approach, I believe that human connection, compassion, vulnerability, and communication are essential elements of effective therapy.
Seeking help for your mental health can be nerve-wracking, but that is okay. I applaud you for taking the step to browse therapists! I remember feeling nervous to meet my first therapist years ago, but the journey was incredibly rewarding. I encourage you to take the next step toward your personal goals and email if you think we may be a good fit.
