I provide a warm, supportive environment where individuals can feel that someone truly cares about their issues and wants to understand where they've come from and where they want to go. I only work with individuals (rather than couples or families) and can see clients who are at least 18. Sessions are Telehealth (video chat) only.
I provided psychotherapy to undergraduate and graduate students at a college counseling center for several years. I also have experience with testing/assessment and leading groups for people with addictions and various psychological disorders.
With any client, I pay special attention to the therapeutic relationship and I focus on discovering the unique strengths that may help them overcome their problems.
