I help children, teens, and adults manage anxiety, depression, substance use, relationship issues, and low self-esteem. Using an approach that incorporates CBT and DBT, I support healing, emotional growth, and lasting change through compassionate, personalized care. I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe and seen.
