Hi, I’m Jenna! I believe that everyone can benefit from personal growth. Sometimes, life can be complicated and confusing, and it can be hard to move forward when we feel stuck with life decisions. My clinical background is with adolescents and adults 13 and over, with most life concerns. I also have a specialty in working with individuals with physical, developmental, and intellectual disabilities. I am well versed to support you in whatever your needs may be. My approach is person-centered and compassion-focused with CBT and Narrative Therapy.
I am easy to connect with. I am approachable, laid back, and casual within a comfortable environment.
