I am passionate about working with youth and adults who are dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, and bipolar disorder.
My prior experience includes working in a crisis unit with adults experiencing acute distress, teaching children and adolescents social and emotional regulation skills, and providing outpatient therapy to youth, adults, and families facing a variety of challenges, such as grief, anxiety, relationship issues, anger management, depression, and trauma.
