I provide focused, time-limited psychotherapy (up to 12 sessions) for individuals who are stuck and who want to make changes in their lives. This approach allows clients to make real and impactful changes over a relatively short period of time. My work is about shifting trajectories. Working together we can shift the trajectory of your life so that it’s oriented around what is most important, most meaningful to you. I utilize empirically supported treatments, particularly Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and my work is guided by what research has shown to be most effective.
I also have specialized training in psychedelic assisted therapy and am a research therapist on clinical trials involving psychedelics. In therapy, I work with people who are considering using psychedelics or who have had past psychedelic experiences, increasing the likelihood that their experiences will be safe and will result in meaningful, lasting change.
Most importantly, I strive to always treat clients with dignity, respect, and compassion as I work to help them create for themselves the kind of meaningful life they desire. If you are interested in seeing me, please include in your inquiry what insurance, if any, you are hoping to use and whether you are looking for in-person or telehealth sessions.
