Experiences including divorce, trauma, death or illness, career and relationship issues, as well as various life transitions can be debilitating. My main goal in therapy is to help clients move through challenging times, reduce unnecessary suffering when possible, and plug back into living a purposeful life. I am a strengths based, holistic practitioner, specializing in grief work, trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions. I use ACT, EMDR, mindfulness, and attachment theory in conjunction with other modalities to help foster self compassion, deep connection, and greater understanding. I offer an individualized approach tailored to my client's needs.
