I am a licensed clinical mental health counselor and hold a certificate in perinatal mental health. It is my passion to help women and children with a variety of issues including adjustment issues, anxiety, behavioral problems, depression, family conflict, low self-esteem, miscarriage, infertility, and perinatal mood and anxiety disorders.
I am also a registered play therapist and specialize in counseling children and teens. As a mother of two children, I love helping others on their journey through pregnancy and the postpartum stage.
