The heart is wired for happiness while the brain is wired for protection. Sometimes these logical and emotional centers are at odds and our life can feel off kilter. I work with clients in a therapeutic and coaching space to navigate life’s challenges and to help ease the anxiety that we all experience at times.
My specialities include relationship issues, money and wealth relationship complexities, self-esteem issues, communication roadblocks, feeling ‘stuck’ and career navigation, parenting (as well as financial-parenting skills), life transitions, anxiety and depression, addiction and healthy coping skills & the overall promotion of a healthy well being.
My approach is collaborative and relational and my goal is for my clients to feel empowered in their own life while feeling a sense of progression and growth in their relationships all the while gaining insights and tools that can help them achieve lasting change.
