I am passionate about helping others find healing from the complexities of life. I treat a variety of mental health concerns and work with all people across the lifespan from a trauma informed, neurodivergent affirming, humanistic, and attachment-based theoretical lens. I have found that therapy works best and is most meaningful when it is individualistic which is why I am fond of a prescriptive approach to therapy.
I have over 18 years of experience working in mental/behavioral health, serving diverse populations working from agency-based, home-based, residential treatment, psychiatric inpatient, and outpatient agency settings, serving people ages 2 to 102! After extensive training, I am a Registered Play Therapist and am EMDR Trained and working toward certification.
I provide support to my clients through respect, honesty, and empathy. My professional goals are to facilitate an immersive therapeutic experience that generates healing and inspires internal growth and empowerment, by guiding you on your journey of self-exploration.
