I often work with individuals who are struggling with overthinking, who find themselves stressed or overwhelmed, or who may be highly ambitious, but find that perfectionism or self-criticism gets in their way. For over a decade I have specialized in treating adults and adolescents coping with life transitions, anxiety, depressive moods, trauma and relationship issues. I also work with individuals affected by addiction, both personally or involving a loved one.
My hope and intention as your therapist is for you to have a space to feel heard, supported and genuinely understood. Together, we will identify and explore when/where challenging feelings or patterns may have started, foster tools specific to your needs, wants, and goals, and ultimately work towards unique and meaningful change.
