I specialize in working with adults and teens with depression, anxiety, learning differences, and trauma. Additionally, I specialize in maternal and perinatal health, and infertility.

I create a safe space to support and advocate for women's emotional, physical, and mental health during their unique journey to parenthood. My collaborative approach allows me to assist my clients navigate difficult life transitions, relationships, and parenting challenges, as well as through professional difficulties.
