I support high-achieving women who feel burned out, stuck in perfectionism, or disconnected from themselves. Together we slow down and gently tune into the body’s signals. I offer nervous system education, Somatic Experiencing, parts work, breathwork, and mindfulness to help clients identify fight/flight/freeze, build safety, soften self-criticism, and reconnect with ease. I also lead women’s groups and trainings for therapists. Based in Memphis, TN with virtual sessions available.
I help clients understand their nervous system responses—like anxiety, shutdown, or people-pleasing—and build tools for safety, self-compassion, and emotional resilience. My somatic approach blends body-based practices with talk therapy to support lasting, embodied change.

Women's Process Group
This group is for individuals currently in 1:1 therapy or those who have completed intensive therapeutic work. This group is a safe space to explore present-day issues as well as developmental trauma. In this intimate group of 8-10 women, I integrate somatic interventions and meditation into the therapeutic process. I employ somatic, inner child, and parts work to help clients explore their trauma symptoms and patterns, empowering them to gain more choice. My approach is holistic, aiming to create a safe and supportive environment for growth and self-discovery.
