I received my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling along with an additional certifications in substance use counseling, trauma, advanced grief, neurodivergent-affirming care (ADHD-CCSP), and sex-informed therapy (CSTIP). I use a person-centered approach to treat adults with a variety of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, panic, life/relationship/education/career transitions, grief, issues with attachment and relationships, self-esteem, chronic mental health challenges, and less healthy coping such as substance use, avoidance, codependence, self-harm, isolation, and people-pleasing.

As as a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP), Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) and Certified Advanced Grief Counseling Specialist (CAGCS), I deliver evidence-based and culturally competent treatment aimed at understanding how past experiences are influencing the present and work toward more authenticity and self-led actions in the future.

Skilled in CBT, ACT, DBT, Attachment, Family Systems, and Solution-Focused therapy techniques, my integrated approach assists clients to develop deeper self-awareness and mindfulness, process through underlying feelings and beliefs, improve psychological flexibility, and strengthen coping skills as clients work towards their goals and long-term change.
