Hi, I believe that truth transforms a person’s mind and ultimately their life, so I utilize therapies to help a person live a full and healthy life. Often clients struggle with pain and unhealed trauma. I have experience and training in trauma-informed therapies to help clients heal from their trauma and pain. I believe that healing and change happen as clients come to know that they are loved and accepted. Through using various treatments and clients feeling unconditional acceptance, I help clients heal and become more whole. I provide Christ-Centered therapy for those who want that to be apart of their therapy.
I have been in the mental health field for over 20 years. My experience has been working with individual adults of all ages but especially young adults. The therapies I utilized are CBT, IFS, solution focused, PIT, and other trauma-informed therapy. I have experience in helping with childhood trauma and co-dependency. I am EMDR Trained.
