I believe that life transitions and difficult seasons can become catalysts for lasting, meaningful growth with the right support. I seek to offer a calming, person-centered approach to counseling and integrate modalities based on each client's needs.
Trained in EMDR (Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), I enjoy utilizing the technique to help clients foster clarity and relief from emotional distress. Other commonly integrated orientations include DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy), EFT (Emotionally-Focused Therapy), and CBT (Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy).
I am trauma-informed, and especially enjoy offering a safe, dignified space for clients navigating and healing from difficult and destructive relationships.
