I’m so glad you’re here and I am so excited to get to know you. I am a child, adolescent and adult therapist who loves to learn about individualized needs and help a person grow. As a licensed therapist, we will work together to explore the root cause of the symptoms you are experiencing. Whether it is anxiety, depression, trauma or concerns in a relationship, we will work together to better understand what is needed and learn to work through symptoms.
Behaviors are one way we communicate. What we do are actions that cannot be spoken, yet. Through therapy, we work to understand and grow from the root cause of the behavior. I am here to join your team to help understand your needs and grow together.
