I'm an LCSW with over 18 years of experience supporting parents, caregivers, teens, and adults through life's hardest seasons. My counseling style is straightforward, compassionate, and sprinkled with humor when it fits. I believe therapy should be a space where trust grows and you feel safe being unapologetically yourself. You're the expert on your life-I'm just here to help you navigate it with clarity and confidence.
