Hi, thank you for visiting my page. I help my clients by offering thoughtful and tailored support that meets them where they are. Through evidence-based practices, my goal is to help clients renew their minds by building new neuropathways, moving towards a life aligned with their values. My approach is collaborative, client centered, goal driven and focused on long-term success.
During our first session, we will go through the intake process. Gaining knowledge about your history and what brings you to therapy. From there, I will determine what therapy approach will work best for you and we will make a treatment plan to start implementing in the following sessions.
I am a certified EMDR Therapist. I have worked in the social work field for over 10 years. I believe this field is my calling. I am very passionate about the work I do and perfecting my skills. I am always looking to grow as therapist and implement the latest evidence-based practices.
