Whether you’re feeling unheard in your partnership, coping with a breakup, adjusting to new parenthood, or preparing for a growing family, this season of life can bring both deep joy and unexpected stress. You don’t have to move through it alone. In our work together, we will create a supportive space where you feel seen, understood, and empowered.

I’ve had the privilege of working with adults of all ages, new parents, veterans, and first responders. Together, we can navigate life transitions, anxiety, depression, or relationship challenges. I also hold a certification in Perinatal Mood Disorders, and I truly enjoy supporting parents through the ups and downs of pregnancy and parenthood.
