Fash Counseling is now offering Virtual Therapy to Arizona residents! I am passionate and dedicated in my role of walking alongside my clients in their journey towards growth. I view therapy as a collaborative process. This allows each person to identify and develop their own path in achieving their goals. I work to create a safe and empathic environment while building trust with my clients. I believe that each client brings their own, unique story to therapy and therefore my approach is tailored to meet each person's personality and goals.
I work with adolescents and adults providing individual, couple and family therapy. I enjoy working with individuals who are dealing with trauma, abuse, depression, anxiety, body image, self-esteem issues, self-harm, and domestic violence. I specialize in working with individuals diagnosed personality disorders and dissociative disorders.
I am grateful to have the opportunity to extend my services beyond Illinois to the residents of Arizona. My fondness for this state led to a greater understanding of the mental health needs I can now support.
