My approach to therapy is primarily client centered, meaning that my clients guide the focus of sessions. I utilize combinations of cognitive behavioral therapy, with an additional focus on strength based treatment, trauma informed care & mindfulness. I combine holistic methods and clinical interventions to help my clients reach control over their lives.
I offer a light hearted, approachable, and down to earth experience during sessions. I want all of my clients to walk away feeling motivated and clear in his/her journey towards wellness.
