Jenna is a Licensed Professional Counselor who is available to help clients ages 18 and up. She has experience working in the community mental health field, providing support and guidance for individuals from diverse backgrounds who experience challenges with major depression, anxiety, borderline personality disorder, and bipolar disorder.
She utilizes Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to teach effective coping strategies for individuals who experience challenges with emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal stressors. She also utilizes other evidence based practices of Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and person-centered therapy.
She strives to create a safe and warm environment for individuals to explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, while working collaboratively to identify long-term goals and implement effective coping skills to overcome life’s challenges.
