About
I have experience working with; substance use, depression, anxiety, trauma, sexual orientation, gender identity, body image, eating disorders and more. My goal with each individual is to provide a place for you to feel accepted and heard. The freedom to vocalize your stressors and issues is needed in order to create that therapeutic alliance and safe space. Creating this environment for each person is what I strive to offer.
While working with a variety of individuals amidst life transitions, I enjoy the ability to work collaboratively with clients to find a treatment that is best suited for them. I truly believe each client presented offers a unique experience and treatment should be tailored to fit their needs.
I see each client as a person, not a diagnosis. I chose this work in order to support each individual on their journey. I am moved by the connection that is formed with each individual in the therapeutic setting. I am privileged to witness and support each client as they begin feel empowered and motivated while growth is occurring.
