I have experience working with; physical and sexual trauma, emotional abuse, domestic abuse, self esteem, disordered eating, childhood trauma, gender/sexual identity, and more. My goal with each individual is to provide a place for you to feel accepted and heard. When processing traumatic experiences it is crucial and necessary to feel safe and in control of your therapeutic journey. With honest communication and empathy, I hope to provide clients the ability to begin healing from narratives that have affected their sense of self and their relationships in present day.
While working with a variety of individuals amidst life transitions, I enjoy the ability to work collaboratively with clients to find a treatment that is best suited for them. I truly believe each client presented offers a unique experience and treatment should be tailored to fit their needs.
