Through a collaborative effort, I work with children, adolescents, adults and their families, to navigate through life stressors, anxiety, depression and peer/family conflict, among other areas of struggle as well. You have taken the important first step of reaching out for help and support. The journey to a happier, healthier life can be lined with tough obstacles, but with the right support, people of all ages can achieve it.
My approach is strengths-based and client-centered, with an emphasis on helping each individual feel empowered throughout his/her counseling experience. I am trained in several modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and provide education on various skills, including mindfulness and emotion regulation.
Lastly, the choice to enter counseling can be a tough one, but sometimes making those tough decisions can bring about the most positive change. I look forward to meeting you.

Teen Talk - Adolescent Girls Group
Teenagers face so many stressors in their day to day lives. Whether with their academics, with peers or adjusting to the changes their minds and bodies are enduring, navigating the adolescent years can seem isolating. Add social media into the mix and adolescence can feel impossible. Teen Talk is a weekly group that can provide a safe space for adolescent girls to gain peer support, talk through stressors and build healthy peer relationships.
