I am licensed in NJ and PA and specialize in treating trauma, anxiety, depression, & interpersonal issues. I work from a psychodynamic, attachment based perspective. I am trained in EMDR & am IFS informed and use parts work. I also incorporate mindfulness & meditation. Treatment is not one size fits all, so we will tailor your therapy to meet your needs.
Making real change is hard. I understand that reaching out for the initial session can be difficult, but when you're ready, we will work together to make some helpful shifts in your life.
