Accepting new clients! Please visit my website and reach me through SimplePractice. I specialize in working with creative and neurodivergent young people ages 8ish to 28ish. I offer individual therapy, groups, therapeutic art sessions, and parent consultation. In 2025, I will also offer collaborative support sessions I call "Grove Meetings" where I facilitate discussion with the client's supportive team: their psychiatrist, teachers, tutors, school counselor, head of school, etc. Please feel free to read more about me and my work on the Conative Group and CurioGrove websites.
My approach is rooted in person-centered therapy, with elements of CBT, DBT, and solution-focused therapy. We'll partner together to process emotions, problem-solve, and develop new ways of thinking and coping. I aim to truly connect by learning with you and from you and/or your child, while providing tools and strategies to lead to realistic solutions.
Real, honest connection is so powerful and is why I do what I do. Please reach out and help me learn about you and how I can help. Even if you and I are not the right fit, I will be happy to help point you in the direction of someone who can help.
