I'm here to help you uncover the root of your challenges & build lasting changes.
Born & raised in the Midwest, I bring authenticity to my approach. I always wanted to be a psychologist, even having a notebook labeled “psychoanalysis” at age 14 where I fervently scribbled & analyzed notes. My approach is one of genuineness and, when appropriate, humor to encourage my clients to feel as comfortable with me as they would a lifelong friend.
Let’s be honest here, there’s a lot of variability in the quality of therapists out there. I know that finding the right one, someone who will really help, is daunting.
