As a counselor, I am passionate about helping people be the best version of themselves. I have experience working with adults confronting a range of life transitions, challenges and experiences. I work from a person-centered approach and implement wellness techniques into my work, using an eclectic techniques to try and find the most successful strategy based on your needs. I am also experienced in working with ex-pats and the unique set of challenges that arise when living outside of your home country.
I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, adjustment, grief and a variety of other issues including but not limited to relationship issues, career, sexual/gender identity, ADHD, grief and adjustment. To better suit my clients needs I offer tele-health appointments as early as 5am.
