I am a licensed psychologist and the Director of Counseling & Assessments at the SMart Center, which is a mental health agency that provides comprehensive psychological assessments and counseling services for a wide range of psychological, developmental and behavioral issues for children, teens and adults. I specialize in both testing individuals as well as offering treatment for an array of mental health challenges. I believe it is crucial to focus on the person rather than a diagnosis so that we can foster a great relationship and personalize goals and strategies.
I work with children, teens, and adults with anxiety, depression, learning challenges (ADHD, Dyslexia, etc.), autism, selective mutism, and more! I utilize a ‘whole-person approach’ to treatment; delivering evidence-based approaches - I.e., Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, and a Family Systems Approach - to clients of all ages.
