I am a LCSW-Supervisor, Certified Faith Based Therapist and the author of Boundaries Are A Woman's Best Friend: The Female Guide to Self Awareness and Healthy Relationships. I have 15 years of experience working with women to help them feel less overwhelmed and more connected to their lives.
My approach is compassionate, open-minded and honest. I believe your emotions, and what drives you, are influenced by the context of your story. If you feel stuck in a cycle of anxiety, stress and trauma responses, I’m here to help you identify the unhealthy patterns that exist in your life. Together we will work to accomplish change that has staying power.
