I have been a licensed clinician for 15 years and, in that time, have loved working with clients who struggle with anxiety, ADHD, depression, life stress and life transitions including parenthood, career changes, going to college and relationship changes and peer concerns just to name a few.

I am licensed in Wisconsin, Utah and California and see clients who live in these states. I have extensive training in working with ADHD, anxiety management as well as children and adolescents. I am a certified family mediator and child divorce specialist. I use an eclectic approach in therapy that includes solution-focused and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
