Hi there! I am currently accepting Telehealth clients. Learning to trust someone is hard, but having to face difficult experiences alone can be even harder. I am here to help you make that journey (feel) easier, and help you grow at the same time. Using a holistic, person-centered approach, I will learn what makes you who you are, and will develop a unique treatment plan tailored to your needs. I enjoy working with individuals and couples, people of all orientations, and with military members and their families. I value support and validation but encourage solutions and change.

I have experience working with anxiety, depression, adjustment disorders, and trauma, as well as bipolar disorder, personality disorders, and ADHD. I utilize psychoeducation, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, solution-focused therapy, and goal-oriented therapy.
