About
Do you feel alone, stuck, or exhausted from pretending to be someone you're not? Are you grieving the loss of a loved one or possibly the loss of a life you wish you lived? As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I am passionate about helping others gain insight, work through struggles, and grow as human beings. I believe authenticity, openness, and collaboration to be essential in creating a strong therapeutic relationship. In order to achieve this, I strive to provide a safe, nonjudgmental, and welcoming environment.
I have worked with individuals, couples, and families struggling with a variety of issues, including depression, anxiety, personality disorders, self-worth issues, codependency, ect. I have worked most extensively with those impacted by the destructiveness of an eating disorder. It is important to build a team with the knowledge and tools necessary to achieve recovery.
I consider myself to be an eclectic therapist. I focus on specific goals and am flexible in my approach as to meet your individual needs. Whether you need a direct, solution focused approach or a compassionate, relational approach, I'm here to help. I truly look forward to working with you!
