I am a therapist, trainer and consultant specializing in complex trauma. I understand that us as humans are complex and are an integrated whole of the parts of ourselves. My goal is to teach how to identify, honor, heal and resource all of your parts that have been developed so that they can operate from their highest and best intentions. Helping a part transition from a goal of survival to a more functional response is key. I have lived, learned, counseled, trained and consulted in the world of trauma. I utilize many types of therapies to include EMDR, which is an evidenced based therapy proven to help with healing and resolving the experiences we have that keep us from living our most fulfilling life.
