Hi, I provide in-person and virtual sessions at Windhorse Counseling in Concord MA. I'm licensed in MA/RI/VT. My clients typically identify feelings of anxiety, depression, and uncertainty during life transitions. They are motivated, insightful, and seeking ways to regulate and process emotions. I support and guide clients to become more empowered so they can live a full, joyful, and authentic life. I lead with compassion, empathy, humor, and care. Creating a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space for clients to share their story is incredibly important.
I practice from a person-centered, strength-based, and holistic perspective. I work from an antiracist and LGBTQIA+ affirming lens. I will support you in learning lifelong skills that will ground you and build confidence. I have worked in the field for over 20 years, including schools, private practice, hospitals, and community healthcare agencies.
