Welcome! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Supervisor, and Registered Play Therapist, experienced in working with individuals, couples, and children. I work across the lifespan with concerns including anxiety and mood, relationship stressors, sense-of-self concerns, and work related stress. I also work with women navigating the changes/challenges inherent in peri/menopause and post/menopause. I am a trauma trained/informed therapist who specializes in trauma based therapy, grief and loss, and Interpersonal Neurobiology work to support people in moving toward a deeper sense of wellness.

I work from an integrated, existential lens, and believe that with the right support people can make meaningful changes in their lives. I believe the power to change stems from the meaning we derive from our struggles and experiences, and the healthy interaction between mind and body.

I deeply value conversations about identity, values, cultural and historical context, and personal experiences. I work to individualize the counseling experience for each client, and strive to provide a safe, inviting space to process concerns and issues.
