I am passionate about working with young adults and adults who are navigating anxiety, emotional overwhelm, identity shifts, and feeling disconnected from themselves. Many of my clients are high-functioning on the outside, but internally feel lost, burnt out, or unsure of who they are or what they want. In our work together, we go beyond just talking about your week. We’ll explore the deeper patterns driving your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, so you can gain clarity, feel more in control, and start showing up in your life in a way that actually feels authentic to you.
I especially enjoy working with young adults and adults by supporting their development and facilitating their personal autonomy. My approach is warm, collaborative, and insight/depth-oriented. I integrate different therapeutic tools based on your needs, while creating a space where you can explore being fully yourself.
