In our initial session I will assess your needs, your goals, and create a plan that works for you, at your pace. I provide goal oriented sessions teaching you skills to cope with the emotions, get through daily responsibility while grieving, gain support, and re-define life after loss. I am EMDR trained, offer research based grief and experiential methods.
No one should have to go through this painful journey alone. I make it convenient by offering in person, online sessions, phone, text, and email.
