Let’s be honest, life is chaotic, messy, and occasionally feels like a group project where no one else is doing their part, including your brain. If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, anxious, burned out, frustrated with your relationships (or all of the above), you’re not alone and you don’t have to figure it out on your own. My approach blends insight, compassion and evidence-based methods to tailor therapy to your individual personality and values.
I offer a warm, inclusive space for individual adults, couples, and parents, including those in the LGBTQIA+ community and multicultural populations. I work with folks navigating relationship issues, ADHD, anxiety, trauma, identity exploration and the what-am-I-even-doing-with-my-life phase.
