Hi, I’m Jenn, and I help adults who feel emotionally overwhelmed, disconnected, stuck, or exhausted from carrying too much for too long. I specialize in trauma-betrayal trauma, relational trauma, and attachment trauma, grief and loss, religious trauma/faith transitions, eating disorders/body image struggles, and difficult life transitions. I provide in-person therapy in Utah and online therapy throughout Utah, California, New York, and Idaho. Many of the people I work with are high-functioning on the outside while internally struggling with anxiety, shame, overthinking, or emotional shutdown.
My approach to therapy is grounded, relational, and compassionate. I use approaches like EMDR and relational therapy to help clients better understand their experiences, process painful emotions, and create meaningful emotional change. Therapy with me is not about judgment or quick fixes, but about creating lasting healing and deeper connection.
I believe therapy should feel safe, collaborative, and authentic.
