Are you finding life hard to cope with and you need to work through your concerns in a safe and empathetic environment. I can provide that and more. My name is Jenn and I have been in the field for 26 years. I have experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, families and groups. I specialize in helping clients coping with stress, anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship issues, parental challenges and grief. The ideal client is coming to therapy motivated to work through their concerns, hear a different perspective and develop strategies to overcome these challenges.
My therapeutic style is strengths based and I used a solution focused approach, incorporating CBT and DBT. I tailor therapy to the needs of the client and believe in working together to create the desired outcome. I bring empathy, compassion and understanding in a nurturing environment. I'm current doing telehealth, but open to in person and home visits.
Seeking therapy can be challenging and can make you feel vulnerable. It's so important to make a connection to the therapist, so you are getting the most out of your sessions. I provide a non-judgmental atmosphere, where you can feel comfortable discussing anything. I will do my best to tailor the therapy to your needs and encourage feedback.
