I approach sex and relationship therapy from a strength-based integrative approach, helping clients to find balance and wellness by accessing and developing innate coping skills and strengths. With over three decades in the holistic arts of yoga and herbalism in addition to western academics; I seek to treat the whole person with thoughtful and creative interventions utilizing the best of both western & eastern approaches. I am currently working towards national certification in sex therapy as a way to support individuals in finding their authentic sexual self while cultivating healthy relationships with others.
I am known for my work with trauma, LGBTQIA individuals, alternative sexual lifestyles including kink and non monogamy, and out-of-control sexual behaviors, I hold additional training and certifications in trauma & substance abuse, sex and relationship therapy, and Integrative & Nutritional Approaches to Mental Health.
Academically, I received a BA in Forensic Psychology from John Jay College of Criminal Justice and have my Masters in Mental Health Counseling from Capella University. I am a traditional herbalist trained by Rosemary Gladstar & hold my E-RYT500 certification in yoga since 1996.
