My style is kind, curious, & creative. I enjoy asking questions, offering reflections, and encouraging action. I gently challenge clients to choose self-compassion over self-criticism, living from a place of values versus judgment. For clients who commit to the work, I have seen them build stronger identities, deeper relationships, and greater confidence.

I mostly work with adults ages 18+, as well as couples & family members. I specialize in first-generation Americans (like myself), tech workers, & care-based professionals.
