Additionally, I utilize the person-in-environment theory, which emphasizes that one’s environment plays a crucial role in their mental health and overall wellbeing. I specialize in trauma treatment, LGBTQIA+ mental health therapy, and gender-affirming mental health therapy. I also have experience in helping individuals address a wide array of issues and concerns including depression, anxiety, trauma including PTSD, bipolar disorder, stress management, and relationship conflicts.
