About
I use a person-centered approach and DBT strategies to identify and move toward resolving the issues most important to you. As a Certified Clinical Trauma Therapist, I provide body-mind interventions to support those suffering with PTSD. I've also helped people with depression, anxiety, bipolar, self injury, and suicidal ideation. The people with whom I've worked have been able to identify hope, learn to cope with stressful situations, find emotion regulation, and extinguish unwanted behaviors .
Additionally, I use Comprehensive Resource Model (CRM) which guides us in connecting with the intuition and the wisdom of the body. CRM orients us toward the root of the issue using our own inner resources to tap into the unconscious reasons for our problematic beliefs. We can then transform and heal our personal trauma and multi-generational issues.
With the use of CRM and other therapeutic modalities, we can get to the bottom of the issue for which you are seeking therapy. Finding the right therapist is a very personal decision. I offer free phone consultations to get started, you can also email me with any questions you may have and to assess how well we will work together.
